On Saturday, August 1st, RISE Up Youth Initiative is hosting the Heroes Academy - Back to School Bash at Steps of Hope (1202 N. Camp St., Seguin), where local students will receive free school supplies (while supplies last), free haircuts, and get to shop a family- friendly vendor market.
