A beautiful, serene spot perched under the trees, on the banks of the Guadalupe River in Seguin, TX. A new tiny home offering the comforts of home w/ designer furnishing/accents. Enjoy a relaxing views of the river from our 2-level dock while reconnecting w/ the great outdoors: fire pit, loungers, hammock chairs under a canopy of trees. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding. Great fishing from the dock. Sleeps 4.
PLEASE NOTE: In March 2023, Meadow Lake (aka Lake Nolte) was lowered 12' for at least 2 years for dam repairs. Perimeter fencing around waterfront deck is not complete yet. Until then, this is NOT A KID-FRIENDLY property as the height from the dock to the water is at least 16'.
