Burnt Bean Co. Ignites with MICHELIN Guide Recognition

Seguin, TX (November 13, 2024) – The aroma of slow-smoked meats and the sizzle of culinary innovation are getting even stronger at Burnt Bean Co. in Seguin, Texas. The beloved barbecue joint was invited to attend the MICHELIN Guide Ceremony in Houston, Texas on Monday, November 11, 2024. The ceremony unveiled restaurants across the state that received MICHELIN Stars, Green Stars, and Bib Gourmands.

We are thrilled to announce that Burnt Bean Co. received a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand and will be included in the highly anticipated MICHELIN Guide Texas, the first edition ever for the Lone Star State.

Per the MICHELIN Guide website, a Bib Gourmand recognizes “restaurants that offer the best value for money.” This prestigious recognition signifies Burnt Bean Co.'s dedication to exceptional barbecue, inventive sides, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
