Our Calendar of Events
The Visit Seguin Events Calendar is designed to keep both potential visitors and locals informed about everything Seguin has to offer.
Submission Guidelines
- Approval Process: Submitting your event does not guarantee its listing. Events go through an approval process, which can take up to 3 business days.
- Avoid Duplication: Check the calendar before submitting to ensure your event isn't already listed. If it is and you need to make changes, please email your changes to msalinas@seguintexas.gov.
- Event Details: Be sure to complete the entire submission form. Event dates, times, and locations should be final.
- Descriptions: Use sentence form (avoid all caps). Focus only on the event itself. Do not include times, costs, dates, or phone numbers in the description - there are designated fields for these details.
- Photography: High-quality, landscape-oriented photos (3:2 ratio) are preferred. By submitting a photo, you confirm you own the rights to it and allow Visit Seguin to use it for promotional purposes.
