Shop Seguin this Tax-Free Weekend

The summer has just about come to an end and that means that school is around the corner. But more importantly, that means one of the biggest shopping weekends is coming up!

Tax-Free Weekend in Texas this year will be August 11-13th. So mark your calendars and check out our Seguin recommendations to save some $$ this school year. Seguin is full of local boutiques and unique places to update your wardrobe, but we've got your school supplies and sporting goods covered as well!

BOUTIQUES

Downtown Seguin is full of delightful little shops and boutiques to find some more unique clothing choices for the new school year. Stop in Southern Good for women's clothing, You're So Crafty for art supplies, and even Gift and Gourmet for some unique school supplies and backpacks. For crazy socks, graphic t-shirts, and fun backpacks, pop into Culture to check out their streetwear. And last but not least, Vogue Shoes is the best spot downtown to get some new kicks for your kids.

Not far from Downtown, at The Backyard, you will find cool men's and boy's clothing at Out 'n About Outfitters. If you happen to make this stop around lunchtime, be sure to grab some food at one of their food trucks!

A few other unique local boutiques to check out include Serenity Boutique and Funky Monkey Mercantile. Serenity Boutique carries great women's clothing and jewelry options as well as the much-needed clear backpacks! At Funky Monkey, you never know what you will find, but you can be sure it will be fun and unique.
