Take 2 Christmas Album Release Concert at the Palace Theatre

Take 2 – Lupe Gonzales and Howard Hudiburg will be performing the songs from their Christmas Album, Our Christmas Gift, at the Palace Theatre in Seguin, Texas on Saturday, December 2 from 7:30 – 9:30 pm.

Admission is free and open to the public.

Our Christmas Gift contains 19 tracks of traditional and contemporary Christmas music both sacred and secular - songs you can sing-a-long with and songs that will touch your very soul.

Lupe is an internationally known artist through his work with Tierra Tejana, who with his brothers recorded 36 albums from 1964-1995. Lupe is a guitarist, singer, composer and arranger. From 1986 forward, Howard has been known as a professor, music composer and arranger, orchestral conductor and as a bassist in Europe, nationally and in Texas. Although their musical careers started around the same time, they never performed together until their paths crossed in the music ministry. Both are Seguin High School graduates and are now known in their hometown primarily through their work serving the Lord, Jesus Christ.
Take 2 is the name Howard and Lupe have chosen for their duo because “the God of second chances has given us salvation through Jesus Christ. This time we play our instruments and sing for the glory of God.” “The fact is, God continues to pour Himself into our lives and to use us, and we believe that He is in the midst of this recording. Working together to serve the Lord these many years has been a blessing for us and we pray that when you hear this music and these songs you will feel the joy that we have, and that the presence of the Holy Spirit will inhabit your listening. We pray that God would be magnified in it and that all who listen will be entertained and moved by it. At this present time on the planet it would benefit us all if we honor our Christmas traditions and draw close to the One Who is the Reason for the Season.
